installing adobe flash player

I've tried installing adobe flash player 11 and it keeps saying that the application is already in use.  That flash player is not on my computer anywhere.  Can you help me with this problem?

Get the Flash removal tool from Adobe http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html and then install the latest version from : http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
