1. Re: How can I save an Acrobat X file back to Acrobat 8
Test Screen Name Oct 23, 2012 8:42 AM (in response to iBabs2)The PDF standard hasn't changed very much since Acrobat 6. Are you seeing a specific problem?

Bill@VT Oct 23, 2012 8:57 AM (in response to iBabs2)The setting is in the printer properties just as it was in AA8 and 9. Once you have it in AAX and want to go back, from Std you would have to use the Save As>Reduce File Size.

iBabs2 Oct 23, 2012 9:35 AM (in response to Bill@VT)Hello,
Yes, I have done it this way, but my concern is since I using the reduce file size option, that I am losing quality. Wouldn't that be the case?
Thanks!

iBabs2 Oct 23, 2012 9:39 AM (in response to Bill@VT)ACTUALLY!!! You got me on the right track, with one minor adjustment.
I was already using the Save As, Optimize PDF for something and didn't see the compatibility option right there on the top!
This way I do not have to worry about the quality.
This will do it!!
Thanks so much to both of you!
