Do you have Windows or MAC ?
Does this happen with a sample project (1 Slide) ?
Have a tried a different user account on your computer ?
Can you upload screenshot of that Error ?

I feel very stooopid as it is working today no problem. I’m in Windows. Can’t figure out why it wouldn’t let me do it before as it is quite intuitive, although I’ve been having a few other problems because the PC I’m using is older.
While I have your attention though, I am hoping to switch to Mac. Will I be able to send files to myself from Windows and convert to Mac or will I have to update anything originally done in Windows always in Windows?

You can open Captivate 5.5 Windows projects on Captivate 5.5 MAC.
