      In the menu there is Edit, Arrange, Bring to front.


      What's it about?  I can't find anything in help or forum.

          In the View Responses tab, you can use the Insert menu to add textboxes and additional tables. The Arrange sub-menu in the Edit menu is used to arrange these tables and textboxes so they appear on top of or underneath other tables and textboxes. For instance, if you select Edit, Arrange, Bring to Front, then whatever table or textbox you currently have selected will move to appear on top of all the other tables and textboxes.
