I have an annual project that requires about 500 employees to fill out a data collection form. This form collects data that will basically remain the same, as well as data that will change from year to year. Can I use either forms or adobe to create a form, send it out, analyze it, then send the completed form back to the user next year to update, reanalyze the new results, then start all over again? I need to identify which program is the best fit for me.
We really don't support this type of workflow. Our forms can't be changed once submitted.
