After a total of 1 hour and 41 minutes on hold with tech support and billing....and six different people....my issue is still unresolved. My account clearly shows my credit card number but I'm being billed on another. Shame on you Adobe.
Sorry for the poor experience. Someone will be following up with you shortly to get this resolved.
We're terribly sorry for your experience so far. My records show the CC we have on file (on the back end) is a Visa that expires in 2016, with a billing address starting with '1703'. When you look at your account via adobe.com, are you seeing a different CC?

I'm being billed on a former credit card (I changed it on Sept 22) but that
card ends in 3598 and exp 12/14.
I'm not sure where the card you mention is from?
The last person I talked to, Ankit gave me a ticket number 209420854 and he
was supposed to call me back in an hour...last night at 6pm.
