I am trying to find  out what files and folders need to be backed up when using Adobe Presenter in a Powerpoint presentation.  In the case where we would need to restore or send the presentation to others for editing, I need to know exactly what needs to be backed up and/or sent.

Thanks

Whenever you need to move your project, alongwith the powerpoint file, there is also a resource folder. The resource folder is exactly at the same location and name of the folder is <name of project>_pptx.

You need the powerpoint file and resource folder, to be moved together.
