Can this be done: find changed text then apply style or run other script, find next?

No idea if this can be scripted:

with track changes for text on, find changed text then either apply a paragraph style, or call another script (to be specific: the vertical bar script from Peter Kahrel) then find next and so on.

A client wants to apply a 'revision bar' to all changed text.

Another way (I think better) would be to apply a certain Masterpage to document-pages that have changed text. So it would find a first occurence of changed text, then apply a certain Master page, then find the next page with changed text and so on...

I have no idea what is possible or how to script myself so any suggestion is very welcome!
