    external mp4 metadata

      I have a Actionscript 2.0 project exported as Flash Player 9. We're using the FLVPlayback component to play external mp4 videos. Most of the mp4 videos are the same size but there are some are varying sizes. The player is currently setup with fixed width and height but I'd like to be able to adjust the size of the playback component on the stage to match the actual size of the external video. Is there anyway to determine the external video's dimensions before displaying the playback component? I know how to dynamically change the size of the player - just not how to determine the external movie's dimensions. Thanks!

          yes, there's a metaDataReceived event you can use:

          var lo:Object = new Object();

          lo.metadataReceived = function(eObj:Object):Void {

          flv_pb.width=flv_pb.metadata.width;

          flv_pb.height=flv_pb.metadata.height;

          };

          flv_pb.addEventListener("metadataReceived", lo);
