downloading Flash Player

Any suggestions? I have down loaded the latest Flash Player several times, following the on screen instructions, but the videos on U tube, MSN still won't play.  Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Could you please let us know your operating system and browser?

After downloading, you need to install Flash Player. Close all browsers and double-click the file you downloaded.

If you are using Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 9, ensure that you disabled ActiveX Filtering:
