upgradeing or installing new flash player

I have had adobe for a long time, even on my old e-mail address.

[email address removed] under Hildegard levine old married name.

and when adobe said to update flash player, I up dated it. Now, for the last 3 days unable to update

flash player. Unable to down load 10 or 11. I miss seeing video's and some of my surveys.

Also, doesn't open into the blue boxes. only in to a black box and about 50 % say close out all tabs and

internet connection.

And if, I close out everything from the control panel, I, will not be able to get anything back at all.

You mention "control panel", so I assume that you are on Windows.  What version?
