I'm having trouble viewing the .pdf documents on digital editions as well as my kobo touch ereader. Every time I load a new document, the font automatically changes and I don't know how to fix it. For example, the font I used for my document is Times New Roman but it will be displayed as a completely different font on digital editions and my kobo.

Somebody please help me! I've been having this issue for ages and it's driving me insane. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

There is no such thing as a default font for a PDF document.  The font is the whatever it is set to be in the document.  Are you sure it's a PDF and not an ePub?

KOBO is terrible with font sizes on pdf documents.  I use my Sony ereader (PRS t-1) to read pdf files because changing it on that reader works much better.
