What is twcapp, and how do I turn it off so I can download Adobe Flash 11?

The only twcapp am aware of is 'the weather channel' app.

If you are on Windows go to task manager > processes > and end the process named 'twcapp'.

If on a MAC, open Activity Monitor and kill the process called 'twcapp'
