1. Re: how do you make the product list in the module_productfeaturelist inline?
Liam Dilley Oct 29, 2012 5:29 AM (in response to justdaveillustrated)Hi Dave,
Firebug, see the output, modify the CSS.
Not sure what more you want really?
You see the output of the html and you style it as you need to.
Likely you have the ul li format and need to float the li's. (god dam thing keeps posting before I finish, lol)
OR
You have tables but you set it to be 1 per row.

3. Re: how do you make the product list in the module_productfeaturelist inline?
justdaveillustrated Oct 29, 2012 6:59 AM (in response to justdaveillustrated)just noticed that the add to cart button doesnt work when the product featured list is inside the shopping cart.
Is there an easy fix or is it not possible ?
is just easier to get rid of the add to cart button and have it just as a link to the large product view?
If i did delete the add to cart button can I do it just for the module_productfeaturelist as its based of the small product layout, would like the catologe view to still have this function
cheers

Liam Dilley Oct 29, 2012 12:29 PM (in response to justdaveillustrated)Hi Dave.
Go to a catalog with list of products or large product layout and look at the javascript.
You will see some scripts inserted by BC on those pages that are not on non eCommerce pages or say the cart.
Grab that shop scripting and put it in the shopping cart layout. You will find the add to cart works. Issue though is you will need to run a script to refresh the page to update the cart.

Greg.Tomkins Sep 17, 2014 12:09 AM (in response to justdaveillustrated)So far as tagging multiple products, BC now at least enable you to multi select products in the admin console list of products and you can then use the bulk actions option at the bottom of the page to tag those selected. Still not a graceful solution but better than editing one product at a time.

Greg.Tomkins Sep 17, 2014 2:12 AM (in response to Liam Dilley)Yes I understand that Liam and thank goodness they do... I thought it worthwhile leaving the comment for newbies who may be referring to this topic.... One of the frustration I think many face is that many of these discussions do become redundant due to BC updates yet atthe same time there are some gems of wisdom buried within the discussion that don't warrant deleting the whole discussion.

Canadian World Nov 2, 2014 11:17 AM (in response to justdaveillustrated)Is there any easy fix for not showing or displaying list built in productfeaturelist model?
I am trying to post the featured products in single row, but it display the built and distort the alignment to present in the row.
