This is one of the big problems with Live Corner Options ( the other being that curves are not truly circular), and I don't think you can achiive waht you want using that technique.
One possibility, if you can sstack things correctly, would be to make a copy o fthe first frame and mask off the bottom portion, either by pasting into a shorter frame or adding a paper-filled frame on top. Neither of these is a particular attractive solution.
Another possibility is to forget live corners entirely and either create the shapes in Illustrator and copy/paste to bring them in, or use the CornerEffects.jsx sample script that has been installed with ID for quite a few versions. If memory serves, that script assumes point 1 is the upper left corner, and the order runs counter-clockwise from there, but you should probably experiment with some text frames first. Running the script more than once on the same object can yeild strange results.

The sit archive files come with a readme (in German). Don't know if they will work in an none-german InDesign, but worth a try.
