every so often PP forgets where my AE files are even though a single thing hasn't changed, and it forces me to re-link and re-render.
I feel like my scratch disk is filled with useless files now taking up alot of space. I don't mind re-rendering.. Is it safe to just delete the folder where I store my scratch media or am I missing something/is there a way to delete useless files?
I'm using CS6
It's safe to delete PP generated files like previews, .cfa and .pek files. Premiere Pro will simply regenerate the files it needs when it needs them.
However, AE project files are not on that list of things safe to delete.
