How to use a default resource bundle?

Is there a way to set a default resource bundle? For large projects the recommended method becomes unmaintainable. The resource bundle name has to specified each time a string or other type is read. This duplicates the bundle name over and over again.

      quote:

      In Actionscript: resourceManager.getString("bundleName","key")

      In mxml: @Resource(bundle='bundleName', key='key')

Is there a way to specify a default resource bundle such that resourceManager.getString() doesn't need one?
Is there a way not to specify a default resource bundle at all and somehow match the appropriate .properties file?
