Flash Player11 RUN PROBLEMS

I currently have Adobe Flash Player11 installed on my comp. it will not run. Keeps telling me I need to install everytime I need it. I have tried to install it over and over again! tells me istallation was successful and yet still tells me I need to install Flash player everytime I need it?
