help with Jet Forms v 4.22.206

At the Hospital i work at i was handed a good one, we use a very old version of  Jet Forms ver 4.22.206 and they want me to find they current version of a replacement for Jet Forms anyone have some help for a poor IT guy

JetForm was the name of the company and had many products.  Are you using the Central server product to print forms on a printer?  If so then the replacement would be LiveCycle OutPut.  The most current release of the Central server just came out and is 5.8

Thank you as far as the central server i have no idea they installed this years before i was hired and i have never worked with Jet Forms the user creates the form and then saves the IFD file and then printes the form on the groups network printer using the windows printer default.
