Dreamweaver error installing - it says "Your installation encountered an error"

I have Adobe Creative Suite 5 Master collection.  I installed all programs when I first bought it in 2010.  The Dreamweaver program recently stopped working. I uninstalled it and reinstalled

it but I am getting this message and do not know what to do

Remove Flash Player and then install CS5 Master collection

Follow the Kb to remove the Flash player :-

For Win :- http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

For Mac :- http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html

and then install CS5 Master collection.
