    "Sorry, we are unable to log you in" message when trying to purchase a product. Any help please?

      I am trying to purchase (or even use a trial version at least) a product in extension manager and it gives me "Sorry we are unable to log you in" message no matter how many times I press "Log in" button.

      Would appreciate any help please
