I am upgrading from Windows Vista to Windows 8 and upgrade assistant wants me to have an update on Adobe Systems Inc Version 0.0.0 where do I get this update?

And there is no product name for this update?

Most likely you can ignore it, as Flash Player will come embedded in Windows 8 IE10.
