    Paypal registration

      I have a verified business paypal account, however formscentral can't seem to verify my account. i have looked through many of the questions on this subject and can't seem to find a solution

          Hi Charles,

           

          I am sorry to hear that. I'll try my best to solve your problems.

          Could you first verify if you have confirmed your email address being used in PayPal? Please take a look at the information in this page: https://www.x.com/developers/community/blogs/ppintegrationsnate/confirm-your-paypal-email- address

          If your email has not been confirmed, that is the reason why you cannot register your PayPal account to FormsCentral. Please confirm it and try to register again.

           

          If your account has been confirmed but you still cannot register your PayPal account, then we'll need to investigate that. Please reply and let me know if the email confirmation is the issue or not.

            I am running in to the same issue but I believe I used my primary Paypal account during testing vs. a client's e-mail address I am attempting to use for the client's solution.  Where can swap out the e-mail addresses associated to my Formscentral account?

              I am sorry that you still have problems. Have you ever been able to successfully register an account before? Could you send me the screenshots for each step you did up to the error you encountered, so that i can better understand what exactly your problem is? I'll also need your Adobe ID.

                Hi Eman,

                 

                I did register just fine with my personal Paypal account when I started my first form.  When I created another form, plus tried to change the original form with my personal to my client's e-mail account (verified), it didn't like it basically directing me to "manage account".  Again, saw some previous posts somewhere saying you can only us one Paypal account with one Adobe Formscentral account.  That's cool but I can't change it or use the one I want.

                 

                Any ideas would be appreciated.
