Do you have a crash report? You can post it on pastebin.com and put a link here. It may give us some more idea of the cause.
Thanks for your reply - I've logged onto my Adobe account and it says that I don't have any open cases. That's why I resorted to this forum previously as I couldn;t find any way of bringing up my query through my Adobe account.
Therefore I can't respond!
Not sure if Adobe can give any advice on how to get this case visible to me?
Jeff, are you still with us? This looks very similar to another crash in http://support.muse.adobe.com/message/4669921 that you participated in.
All I can tell from the crash log itself is that it's related to PDF in some way, and my suspicion is that the update did not complete successfully....
