    Accessing Package Share in CQ

      When I go to access the Package Share in my local (quickstart) CQ5 instance I only get a login screen, with no registration option and even if I login with my correct Adobe username and password it won't connect.

       

      It only ever gives me this error:  Adobe Package Share server not available (connection refused). 

       

      One of our Vendors we're working with just checked from their site and they can login and see the stuff correctly.  So I'm wondering if there are any proxy settings specific to CQ5, or if there are any other settings that would impact my ability locally to access this site?
