I'm always trying to find better ways to make my DSLR shooting better. I always shoot 1080p at 24 but I've always seemed to think my footage at the end comes out...Standard Definition. Is there any help you guys can give me on when I'm exporting my films? Should I just use "Sequence Settings" and just let it automatically find a good quality? Or should I use the Codec way of keeping the quality high? I need it exported for both DVD and Vimeo use. Thanks!
A DVD is, by the standard, Standard Defintion... if you want HiDef, you need to buy a BluRay burner - Link to DVD Demystified FAQ http://forums.adobe.com/thread/544206

Use an MPEG2-DVD preset for the DVD, and an appropriate Vimeo preset for Vimeo.
