Poster image should still maintain the relative location /Assets/images/posterimage.png of the packaged .oam file, regardless of the the changed path of the .oam location.
When you publish, it will remain relative to the TARGET DIRECTORY of the publish settings, and the same for both Publish > Web, and Publish > Deployment Package.
thank you heathrowe, but I'm afraid I don't undertand your answer (or I have a problem with my Edge).
When iI publish, I can chose the destination of the .oam file, okay.
But where do I change the setting for the destination folder of posterimage.png ?
You don't have that option.
That's the thing, the poster image defaults to the /images folder, regardless of any change in the Publish settings dialog.
thank you for your answer.
this confirms i got an issue here.
let's take my real example: I do my animations and publish them in D:/projectX/edge/
in this folder I have an "images" folder, but nothing comes in, no poster.
The posters all go in B:/whatever/images
the "whatever" folder is where I made my first tests on Edge
Weird ain't it ?
yes I do, I just can't figurer out why the destination (and location) folder for these posters have nothing to do with my project folder !
