1. Re: How do I edit a .mov file?
John T Smith Nov 6, 2012 4:15 PM (in response to BritaSt)1st - in general, you need to install Quicktime so PPro under Windows will open MOV files
2nd - exactly what is inside that MOV file?
Read Bill Hunt on a file type as WRAPPER http://forums.adobe.com/thread/440037

What CODEC is INSIDE that file? http://forums.adobe.com/thread/440037
.
Report back with the codec details of your file, use the programs below... a screenshot works well to SHOW people what you are doing

2. Re: How do I edit a .mov file?
BritaSt Nov 6, 2012 4:44 PM (in response to John T Smith)Wauw John. That's a lot of help! Thank you.
I haven't looked at it all yet, but
- I already got Quicktime, and I have no problems opening the file. Only editing it.
- I need to change the audiotrack and edit the graphics of the keyboard, the letters and the last image.
- I do have Windows.
Now I'll start reading.
Thanks again.

4. Re: How do I edit a .mov file?
BritaSt Nov 6, 2012 5:15 PM (in response to John T Smith)If you could narrow it down a bit it would help me a lot. Which links are about editing?
It's in the middle of the night here in Europe. I'm very tired so reading English is a little demanding. I promised to tell whether I can edit the file or not tomorrow morning.
Thank you so much for your help!
