I have a KOBO E-Reader and it has given me nothing but trouble. I have had to 'Factroy Reset it several times, so when reauthorising it to the Digital editions library I have used up all of my licences.
Is there a 'Fix' for that?
Call Adobe Support and ask them to reset activation counts for you. Just have you Adobe ID (email address) ready when you call support . This is the easiest way to get this working.
