Call Adobe Support and ask them to reset activation counts for you. Just have you Adobe ID (email address) ready when you call support . This is the easiest way to get this working.
You can contact Adobe Help via Chat and explain the situation. They
'should' tell you what form to fill out and submit on-line to have your
device counter reset. Be aware that not all Adobe tech's in the chat room
know that this is their responsibility or how to do this. Good luck.
