Ah, but that exact page is on my development server, not yet posted for the public. One of the problems (dropdown slightly askew) can be viewed on this page: http://www.pccweeklyad.com/inserts/0607/05

while the code on our site with the dropdown is this:

When I put use the HTML 4.0 Transitional doctype, the menu displays fine.
Any chance there's a trick or workaround for the menu, so I could use the first doctype above?
