Try 'Project/Project Manager'.

To expand on Harm's reply: you can get PPro to gather all your files up and copy them to another location. That location can be over a network to another computer's hard drive, or to an external hard drive over, say, a USB 3.0 link, or to a blu-ray disk, or whatever you want basically.
To do this, open up the PPro project in question, then "Project...Project Manager" which brings up a pop-up window. Here you can select "collect files and copy to a new location", decide what files to include, and pick a destination. You may want to investigate whether or not you want to trim the project -- look all this up in the documentation to get a better understanding of how to control the process.
Thanks guy. Work like a charm. So easy !
For beginners or switcher like me. it copies all your medias and assets and reproduce exactly the same project in one and inique location.
When done, you just have to open your PP project file wich is on your new location drive and it will link all datas, on your timeline and bins. Geniume.
