Once the images have been deleted from organizer, they won't come in automatically. The only way they come is through watch folders. You can verify the watch folder settings by going to File->Watch Folders and verify the settings.
I turned off the watch folders, and there are no files listed. The problem
is still occuring with getting replication of pictures. Any other
Can you please verify if this problem is occuring with new catalog as well?
Yes, it is with the new catalog tags
You mean if you import 1 image in a new catalog, it gets replicated upon applying a tag?
Can you please mention the scenario as to what exactly is happening?
I don't even have to tag it. For instance, I deleted all the duplicates out
of one file, turned off the computer (exiting properly), and then left for
the weekend. When I returned, and went back into that file, there were
duplicates on approximately 85% of the pictures. I have worked with Adobe,
and so far we have the "watched files" turned off, as well as all the
preferences (such as face recognition, etc in the analysis window). I'm at
my wits end as it is very annoying to spend the time deleting duplicates,
and then have them reappear. What do you think?

Also, I will bug Adobe again tomorrow, but so far they haven't figured it
