E_BAD_LOAD_ID

Attempting to remove expired items (borrowed from public library).

"Error returning item. License Server Communication Problem: E_BAD_LOAD_ID"

What gets rid of expired items?

For ADE 2.0, you can just delete it if the loan expires but the book remains in library.

1. Select this book,

2. Select menu File -> Remove from Library, or right click on the item and select Remove from Library

Selecting Remove From Library is what produces the error.
