    Email startpoint log

      Hello!

      We have a suspicion that system receives email, but procces doesn`t start via email. Unfortunately i have no access to the logs of mail server to check if system receives any email. So here`s the question: How can i check it? Is there any logs in which writes such events as email receive?

          If the email receives emailstartpoint process automatically processed based on the "RepeatInterval" value.

          If this is doubtful, log into the email account (Configured under emailstartpoint "Server configurations" email address)  and check the inbox has any pending incoming emails? hope u will not find any. If so, the email start point is not working.

           

          The reason is, if the start point is not start there is no log for that.
