Focus on one Webcam?

What I'm trying to do:

1) Doing an Adobe Connect with multiple remote employees.

2) Sharing my screen to give a presentation and need it to take up the fullscreen.

3) At points in the presentation, I need to switch the display to one of the remote employees on a webcam and need only their video stream to take up the entire screen instead of the presentation I'm sharing on mine.

Is this possible? I have the pro version of Adobe Connect. Thanks!

Just a matter of pods management. You can have both up (though having live cameras streaming while not displaying them will consume unnecessary bandwidth), and just use the Maximize/Restore feature in the Pod Options menus to define which slide is occupying the room real estate.
