Can somebody please advise on which packages I will need to purchase, including what license(s) (if any)?

Their new recommended solution is Creative Cloud for Teams, which provides the Creative Cloud bundle with additional tools for flexibly managing groups, plus other benefits like greater storage & sharing and direct access to expert assistance.
