    Anyone can help me with this code for validator

    alex80ks

      Im having errors on validator on this code:

      <div style="width:1000px;height:496px;margin:0 auto 65px;">

        <div id ="cu3ox1"></div>

         <script type="text/javascript">

            swfobject.createSWF(

            {data:"<?php bloginfo('url') ?>/engine/cu3ox.swf", width:"100%", height:"110%" },

            {FlashVars:"images=<?php bloginfo('url') ?>/data/images1&cfgsuffix=1",menu:true, allowFullScreen:false, allowScriptAccess:'sameDomain', wmode:"transparent", bgcolor:'#FFFFFF', devicefont:false, scale:'noscale', loop:true, play:true, quality:'high'}, "cu3ox1");

        </script><a style="display:none" href="http://www.bgdiplomatlimo.com">Belgrade limo</a><noscript>

          <object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000"

            data="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=10,0,0,0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="640" height="480" id="cu3ox">

          <param name="allowScriptAccess" value="sameDomain" />

          <param name="allowFullScreen" value="false" />

          <param name="movie" value="cu3ox.swf" />

          <param name="quality" value="high"/>

          <param name="scale" value="noscale"/>

          <param name="wmode" value="transparent" />

          <param name="bgcolor" value="#ffffff" />

          <param name="FlashVars" value="images=<?php bloginfo('url') ?>data/images1&amp;cfgsuffix=1" />

          <embed src="<?php bloginfo('url') ?>/engine/cu3ox.swf" quality="high" scale="noscale" bgcolor="#ffffff" width="640" height="480" id="cu3o" wmode="transparent" allowScriptAccess="sameDomain" allowFullScreen="false" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/" /></object></noscript>

      </div>

      bold text showing the error part in code and error on validator says

      The classid attribute on the object element is obsolete. Use the data and type attributes to invoke plugins. To set a parameter with the name classid, use the param element.

      any suggestion how to fix this? url of website is http://www.bgdiplomatlimo.com

          <object> is technically not valid.

          That being said, leave it in, it will work perfectly fine.

          If you really want your pages to validate 100%, and have video, look into changing to the html 5 doctype and using the <video> tag. It will allow you to embed video very easily, for html 5 browsers. It will not function for old browsers though and you typically use the object/embed as a fall back for those. When you add the fall back, the page becomes invalid again.

          I believe Pickle Player allows you to serve up video to everyone within a validatable page, I don't personally use it, but I've heard good things: http://www.pickleplayer.com/
