Problem with Adobe Presenter and Powerpoint

Everytime I try to record a presenter video using Powerpoint, I get a generic error message. I have made several videos recording from my computer and the web but now in powerpoint it will not work.

I have a Dell latitude laptop and use PPX. I have Presneter V8.
