You can download the Flash Player Uninstaller which should completely remove Flash. You can find that here:
After that simply visit the Flash Player Download page to reinstall the latest Flash Player:
https://www.adobe.com/go/EN_US-H-GET-FLASH
Note: Some browsers version of flash may differ, such as Chrome. It may have a lower version of flash than the website you're trying to view. Firefox and Internet Explorer typically keep up to the latest. If reinstalling the Flash Player doesn't work in your current browser, try a different browser and see if it fixes it.

Thank you for the response.
Did all that by myself, then off and on over 6 hours with the “chat” person. Still can’t see, only hear. Went back and checked driver version for adapter. It’s up to date too. And the help line is closed today.
