Unexpected file in Adobe Connect search

I deleted a folder named "Economic Master" using sco-delete, but the contents of the folder appears when I do a search from the url-path of the files.

The folder named "Economic Master" appears in the search, but doesn't appear in the root folder for the folder named "Economic Master".

At the end I searched the recording with "sco-by-url" method because I only know the path of the recording and I deleted the recording using "sco-delete&sco-id" method from the sco-id that returned the sco-by-url method.
