UNABLE TO ACTIVATE ACCOUNT ONTO LIBRE EBOOK READER

I recently received a Libre Ebook Reader and have been trying to activate my Adobe account onto it but I keep getting the following error message...

Before I got this ereader, I was able to download library books onto my phone with no problems and activation was accepted each and every time...but  not with this Reader.  Previously, I've had other ebook readers and was able to activate my account with no difficulty.

I understand that my account activation limits can be reset...I am hoping that is all it will take.

Please help as I find this very frustrating.

Try chat and ask them to do this.  Who knows, it might work.
