I think you're putting the cart way ahead of the horse here. An image is not a web page. It's a design comp. First, you must deconstruct your design comp and re-assemble it into a workable HTML & CSS layout in DW. The 3-part method described below is much the same whether you use PShop or FWorks.
Part 1 - Initial Design
Part 2 - Markup preparation
Part 3 - Layout and CSS
Instead of using static images for borders and shadows, use CSS. This give your page the flexibility it needs to display correctly in different browsers with various preferences.
Finally, the fancy web fonts will require some help from either TypeKit, Google Web Fonts or Font Squirrel.
I see. I was being some what lazy with my design. I better get a pillow for my chair and have a good old 'start again' session.
