Has anybody had trouble previewing logos and / or photos placed in the presenter's area of Presenter 8. I've checked that the files are rgb, but I still can't see them. Any ideas?

Photos should be JPG or PNG. Try uploading one of those image file types and see if that works better.

Also as Jorma has said, the file type should be either JPG or PNG
