    User Not Authorized Message when I Have Been Authorized

      I have been using ADE successfully for several months on my Nook. All of a sudden now, I get a message "user not activated" I went to B & N for support and they said I need to solve the problem through ADE. I may have to deactivate my account, then reactivate. I don't see any place to do this. Can someone give me help? Thanks so much.
