    Error Message A12E1 for Creative Cloud


      Downloaded a free trial of the creative cloud, then ran into problems with the program after a month when I went back to Illistrator it asked me to download the Application manager again. So I did. Then I kept getting Error A12E1 message saying there was a problem with installation, and problems with the program not working. At one point it said my computer didn't support applications not downloaded from the App store. I know this isn't true because I had already downloaded it once.

      I have now purchased the program thinking that this would help the issue. But it hasn't. What do I do?
