Copying an edited clip in Premiere Elements 10

    chrisge87

Hi, I'm looking to cut a clip down and to repeat it a number of times. I know how to cut the clip down to the footage that I want, now I'm just looking to copy and repeat it in the timeline a number of times.

      Thanks.

Select the Clip, and then choose Copy (Ctrl+C on PC), move the CTI (Current Time Indicator/Playhead) to the desired location, and Paste (Ctrl+V on PC). Repeat, the Paste, after moving the CTI, as needed.

          Good luck,

PS - one can also use that to Copy/Paste Effects from one Clip to another, or many. The destination Clip(s) just needs to be Selected, then Rt-click on it/them, and choose Paste Attributes.
