    Trouble Saving as a PDF

I have CS6 Design Standard.  I have been trying to save an InDesign file as a PDF.  Each time I do, some of the objects don't appear in the PDF.  They disappear completely.  I tried printing to see if they just weren't appearing on screen, but they don't print either.  When I print directly from InDesign, they do appear.  Any suggestions?

How does the file appear when you go to View>Overprint Preview?

And are these interactive objects? Perhaps tick the option to include interactive items in the PDF.

Need a few more details on what you're doing - perhaps screen shots or a sample file would help.

          What are your pdf settings?

Thank you for your reply!  The file appears fine in overprint preview.  I actually fiddled around with it more last night and I found out that some of the colors wouldn't convert to a PDF or print because they were LAB spot colors.  Although I did manage to fix it, I don't really know much about LABs or how my Pantones changed to them.  Do you by any chance know?
