Summary Sheet before Submission to PayPal for payment

Two questions:

1) How do I integrate fees to choices that are selected in the form?

2) Can a create a Summary Sheet that tallies the fees before the USER submits the registration form for payment via PayPal?

Okay, I think I found the answer to my first question. It's under Options--> Payment Processing. You can associate amounts based on field(s) chosen by the Form User.
