First one is good (I use it myself), second one is out because of the voltage (1.65V is just too high), third one does not give details. The fans can not be installed. There is no room for them, but that is not a problem.
BTW, you must be privileged to use a CPU that only comes to market in about 4 months, optimistically speaking.

I think the hyperx is 9-9-9. Does this make a difference?

The 3970X is only expected (at least in Europe) by the end of Q1/2013 and is nowhere available at this date.
The voltage of the Kingston is not mentioned at all. At 1600 the timings of all modules are the same. Read the link I gave you and notice that Kingston is not mentioned at all for fully populated boards on the QVL lists for the ones I checked. Your mobo is not among them.
PS. Sorry: I see that the 3970X is now available in Europe too, my mistake.
No worries, I'll check out that article after work. I'm pretty much sold on the gskill though. Are the memory fans really necessary cause I think my heat sink may make it impossible to install due to its size.
