Buffering problem

I have Adobe Presenter "7.0.7 Build 7746". My presentations hang up in buffering mode on one or more slides most of the time. I can publish something with no problems, close and open the ppt, re-publish, and often the buffering problem appears. I send my ppt presentations that have started having the buffering problem to a colleague and she trys to publish them and she also gets the buffering problems with what I send to her and she has never seen this before on her computer. If I send her a ppt with no presenter-based changes, she has no problem modifying the ppts and publishing them so it is not due to elements on the slides; adding and removing elements is not the answer.

Can you change the browser. Also have you enabled the reporting for this project?

Can you go to published location and see if you have index.htm and Viewer.swf, if you launch them individually will that work?
